We are a fast paced Urgent Care & ER facility and having Vet S8 integrated with our PIMS has been invaluable to making sure we document all controlled drugs we use and having there be an unalterable digital trail.

Vet S8 has significantly improved the management of controlled drugs in our Animal Hospital. Errors have reduced, the system is easy to reconcile, and the integration with our ezyVet PMS makes recording transactions much quicker and easier. We’d never go back to paper

HS8 is user friendly and intuitive. It facilitates the efficient movement of controlled drugs within the hospital.

 

Dispensing controlled drugs have become a lot faster with the implementation of HS8.

DD Book is fast and easy to use.

 

The reporting functions are also fantastic – in a matter of seconds I can look up anything in my DD history, which is a vast improvement on the old paper system.

 

Stock checks are also much easier and quicker. A great program.

We’ve had Meth D.A. for over 8 years now and it has really helped to streamline our operations. It’s easy to use, quick and reliable.

DiamondCare has completely transformed the way controlled drug administration is managed at St Andrews Village.

 

It’s much easier than managing paper drug registers.

The real time alerting functions are great too.  If there’s a stock discrepancy the Senior Nurse Manager is alerted straight away and we can investigate immediately.

I can’t recommend the program highly enough.

 

We will never go back to paper!

The accounting functions in Meth D.A are amazing – we know exactly who owes what at any given time which saves time and hassle.

 

Being able to check the exact time and date a customer is dosed is also very handy.

 

We can pull reports on just about anything which is fantastic and has further improved efficiencies within our pharmacy.

HS8 is easy and quick to use and we no longer need to take the big bulky WOW into the drug room.

 

It’s easy to navigate and I like how it notifies us if the count is incorrect by highlighting red.

 

Repeating an earlier dose is easier thanks to prefilled fields.

DD Book has been a great time saver for my pharmacy, especially with Minfos integration. I’d recommend it to anyone.

It has made recording so much easier – can receive big monthly order in less than 5 minutes as everything is drop down list rather than trying to flip back and forth in the register, all patient details are drawn across from Minfos via integration, so dispensing is a matter of confirming the product balance in the safe and entering a password.

 

Monthly stock check is also easy as you can just print one report and reconcile your balance. No more tearing your hair out trying to find the imbalance with Endone because someone forgot to record it!!!

 

Can’t say enough good stuff about it!!!
